I used to live in a loop of anxiety, panic, and fear — and even though I’d studied personal development for years, I only used the tools when things got bad. I’d get results… then life would hit… and I’d fall back into the same rut.

The breakthrough came when I realized: it wasn’t a willpower issue — it was a pattern. And patterns don’t break with force. They break with awareness and a process.
When I learned to recognize my emotions, release what was trapped, and transmute the beliefs underneath, everything shifted. I stopped seeing emotions as problems — and started seeing them as a compass.
